Ever since Jennifer Lawrence came on the scene, she has been blessing us with iconic Academy Award fits. For the 2024 Oscars, Lawrence and her stylist Jamie Mizrahi commissioned a custom look from the French fashion house's spring 2024 haute couture collection for the 96th Academy Awards.
The result was a strapless black polka dot gown with a matching stole.
“When I first saw the dress on the runway I fell in love,” Lawrence told Vogue of falling for the dress at first sight. “Polka dots are classic and chic.”
Lawrence topped off the look with a diamond tennis necklace and bracelet followed by a generous swipe of a Dior Addict lip oil.

Jennifer Lawrence will be presenting at this year's awards, the Academy announced earlier this month, along with fellow Oscar winners like Mahershala Ali, Michelle Yeoh, and Matthew McConaughey.
This Oscars, of course, is not Lawerence's first rodeo, or rather, her first red carpet slay.
That was in 2011, when a fresh-faced 20-year-old Lawrence wowed us in her instantly classic red form-fitting Calvin Klein gown.

Since then, Lawrence has given us many other amazing gowns, like the pink Dior ballgown when she won the Oscar for Silver Linings Playbook.
