Breaking news: Apple TV+’s drama about breaking news, The Morning Show, was renewed for a fifth season on the eve of its Season 4 premiere. And September has brought other headlines about TV shows that have been renewed or canceled, too. Peacock has ordered more of its Office spin-off The Paper, and Paramount+ doesn’t want Tulsa King to sleep with the fishes just yet; the Sylvester Stallone dramedy created by Taylor Sheridan will be back for Season 5.
This month’s other renewals include Netflix’s soapy hit The Hunting Wives and animated series Haunted Hotel, Apple TV+’s sci-fi epic Foundation, Disney+’s Daredevil: Born Again, and Prime Video’s college comedy Overcompensating. As for cancellations, MTV’s Catfish: The TV Show and Hulu’s Mid-Century Modern were both scrapped.
Whether you’re looking to celebrate your favorites or mourn the loss of something on your regular rotation, we’re keeping tabs on all the shows that have been canceled or renewed in September below.
