Taylor Swift is making a swift return to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon—and fans can hardly wait.
The superstar’s highly anticipated new album, The Life of a Showgirl, drops October 3, and just a few days later, Swift will sit down with Fallon to talk all about it.
It’s officially confirmed that the “All Too Well” singer will appear on the October 6 episode alongside actress Keri Russell and musical guest The Format.
The news comes after Fallon teased Swift’s appearance with a trail of clever Easter eggs.
On Instagram, he shared a video of himself playing roulette, placing chips on the numbers 6, 10, and 25. The chips—orange and green—perfectly match the aesthetic of Swift’s Life of a Showgirl era.
The video, which has now racked up over 306,000 likes, shows the roulette wheel spinning—and the ball lands on, you guessed it, Swift’s lucky number 13. Fallon then lets out a sigh, saying, “Baby, that’s show business for you,” referencing a phrase Swift has been using to promote her new album.
After losing the game, Fallon then walks into the hallway, bumping into a few dazzling showgirls. “Excuse us, honey,” one says, before the clip ends.
To make the Easter eggs even more obvious for fans, Fallon captioned the post, “Not a lot going on at the moment,” a nod to the iconic T-shirt Swift wears in the music video for “22” from her Red album.
Fans scurried to the comments to share their excitement. “HERE WE GO SWIFTIES ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥,” one fan wrote, while another added, “Imagine watching this and not realizing it’s about Taylor.” A third chimed in, “Well, that is rather SWIFTSPICIOUS if you ask me.”
The Tonight Show’s Instagram finally confirmed in the comments, “@taylorswift joins us Monday 10/6/25 to talk The Life of a Showgirl! Tune in at 11:35/10:35c on @nbc! ❤️🔥”
The “Lavender Haze” singer last appeared on The Tonight Show in 2022 while promoting her 10th studio album, Midnights.
