Big Brother 26 – Who Was Evicted Week 6

Hey Big Brother fans! While it was live eviction night tonight and Tucker, McKenzie, and Angela faced off in the AI Arena knowing that none of them were safe, let's jump into who was evicted and what went down on the Thursday, August 29th live episode of BB26. Angela made an emotional monologue after the veto meeting, marking the beginning of tonight's episode. She called out Quinn, who had a great reaction; he was laughing in the DR about her being mad since he knew that spilling the beans about her anti-Tucker plot directly led to her being on the block. Angela ranted at Quinn about being untrustworthy, and his response, “Eh, I can live with it,” right to her face was fantastic. Angela also outed the Tanks Alliance in her speech but didn't name names aside from Tucker. This sparked curiosity about who else might be in it. Rabina comforted Tucker after he stormed off post-veto meeting because HOH Tor decided to put Angela on the block instead of Leah.

A lot happened on the live feeds as it was intense few days between the explosive veto meeting and tonight's live eviction. We made some videos on this; one covered how McKenzie planned to target Tucker and the blindside that unfolded, which you can check out. Notably, Tucker and Rabina went showmance official after the veto meeting, but their PDA strategy was a bold and potentially risky move. Chelsea talked to Cam between the veto meeting and tonight about targeting Tucker; Cam was on board. Chelsea reached out to see who might support Tucker's eviction. McKenzie joined in when Leo and Chelsea were discussing it and was totally in. They saw Tor, Rabina, Kimo, and Tucker as a powerful alliance and decided that removing Tucker would open the game wide, even though Tucker was great TV. They needed five votes because a tiebreaker with Tor in control wouldn't go their way, and thus Leah, Quinn, Chelsea, McKenzie, and Cam banded together.

The AI Arena competition had fans speculating if it was tailored to Tucker’s skills, and sure enough, it was a puzzle comp, one of his strengths. McKenzie took an early lead and never lost it. Tucker made progress but committed a fatal error, and Angela was completely lost. McKenzie’s second AI Arena win left Tucker and Angela vulnerable. Julie announced McKenzie's win, and the reactions were very telling. Quinn was grinning widely while Tor and Rina looked upset. Angela immediately campaigned to stay, and Tucker reminded Quinn of past favors. Angela’s plea was emotional, but subtle strategic whispers from Tucker were also in play.

Interestingly, the conversation among houseguests in the Rock Room about the final two nominees excluded Tucker and Angela, making it a pivotal secret discussion we hope to see in clips. Angela made her stance clear by not trusting Tucker completely despite his displayed loyalty. Tucker's eviction speech focused on his contributions and goodwill, but it seemed ineffective as decisions were likely made already. Angela’s speech emphasized her drive to stay and fight, which pinned her hopes on swaying sentiments.

Votes to evict Angela came from Rabina, Kimo, and Joseph, while Chelsea, Leah, McKenzie, Quinn, and Cam voted to evict Tucker. His allies Joseph and Kimo were emotional but stuck to their decision, leading to a 5-3 result evicting Tucker. Angela cried as she said goodbye; Joseph, Cam, and Kimo were also in tears. Rabina was especially heartbroken, and Tucker gave her a bracelet and a passionate kiss before leaving, with McKenzie amplifying the moment by opening the door. Tucker took his eviction in stride, even posing humorously before hugging Julie.

In his exit interview, Tucker was classy, acknowledging McKenzie’s strategic move and emphasizing understanding and goodwill. Julie revealed America's vote giving Tucker $20,000 for his AI instigator antics, which thrilled him. He mentioned missing Rabina, signaling emotional strains. Although saddened, Tucker handled his eviction well overall.

Back in the house, Rabina was a mess, comforted by Leah, and Angela, as usual, was in tears. The house dynamics are set to shift significantly with Tucker gone, which will impact Tor and Kimo's strategy while strengthening McKenzie’s alliance. Next week's HOH comp results will set the stage for future targets, with Tor unable to compete and many anticipating intense gameplay.
