Sometimes we don’t realize just how much it takes for the daytime stars to bring their characters to life. Upon their arrival to the studios, they have to stop into the hair and makeup department in order to get into character then they have to get into wardrobe and study their lines… and sometimes they multitask it all — and The Bold and the Beautiful’s Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke) recently showed fans just how it’s done.
The CBS soap vet posted a video of herself seated in a chair as one of the soap’s makeup artists got her all glammed up. Not only was she preparing for the day ahead as Brooke, she was going over her lines at the same time — and even added her own touch of lipstick to complete the task.

“Filming nine episodes this week Bold & Beautiful,” Lang shared then went on to explain, “This is what my mornings look like. Getting makeup while constantly memorizing scripts.”
The actress who plays her onscreen sister Donna, Jennifer Gareis, gave Lang a shoutout for a job well done and “all while looking [hot].” And General Hospital’s Laura Wright (Carly), who knows a bit about preparing for a role, added, “Oh, I feel you! Rockstar,” to which Lang replied, “I know you know the feeling.”
