The rapper Fat Joe appears throughout This Is Me…Now as Lopez's, or rather her character the Artist's therapist. He serves as a way for the Artist to express her feelings to the audience but also pushes her, sending her to a Love Addicts Anonymous meeting and at one point "firing" her. This is not Fat Joe's first cinematic outing, as he appeared in Happy Feet and Scary Movie 3. Fat Joe and Lopez have collaborated on several singles throughout their musical careers, including "Hold You Down" and "Feelin' So Good."
15 Jane Fonda As Sagittarius
Actress best known for Julia (1977) and Coming Home (1978).
Back-to-back Oscar winner Jane Fonda appears in This Is Me…Now as a member of the Zodiac Council, a body of entities weighing in on the Artist's love life. Fonda plays the personification of Sagittarius, her real-life sign. Lopez and Fonda go back to when they co-starred in Monster-in-Law, which Fonda credits with "rebooting" her career, as a bride and the mother of the groom who will do anything to get rid of her. This Is Me…Now marks the first on-screen collaboration between the friends and co-stars in almost 20 years.

Astrophysicist and cosmologist Neil deGrasse Tyson is a respected scientist but has also made a habit of making fun cameos in various movies and TV shows, usually as himself. He is among the real scientists who appear in The Big Bang Theory and proves himself to be smarter than the main cast. In This Is Me…Now, he plays the personification of the zodiac sign Taurus. Lopez and Tyson do not have a prior professional connection, but he jumped at the offer to "put a little bit of science" into the movie (via YouTube).
13 Keke Palmer As Scorpio
Actress and singer best known for Hustlers (2019) and Nope (2022).
Keke Palmer plays the zodiac sign Scorpio. She and Lopez first co-starred in Ice Age: Continental Drift, and subsequently, its sequel Ice Age: Collision Course. They joined the Ice Age cast at the same time, Palmer playing Manny's typical teenage daughter Peaches and Lopez playing Diego's feisty love interest Shira. However, Lopez and Palmer's more noteworthy collaboration is Hustlers — also starring Constance Wu and Julia Stiles – following a gang of strippers swindling Wall Street businessmen out of thousands of dollars. Post Malone holds two Album of the Year Nominations (for Beerbongs & Bentleys and Hollywood's Bleeding) and notably performs the song "Sunflower" with Swae Lee, initially released as a single from the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse soundtrack. Post Malone had not collaborated with Lopez before, but they were obviously aware of each other's careers and possibly became friends, leading to him being offered the role of Leo.

It was great to see her add the small role of Cancer to her repertoire. Vergara and Lopez had also never collaborated professionally before This Is Me…Now.

Comedian Trevor Noah plays Libra and told PEOPLE that he was sure the offer was a joke at first: "That was a random call where your phone rings, and it's Jennifer Lopez, and you're like, 'This must be a prank,' [….] And she wants you to come and do a cameo in her visual experience, and you're like, 'Whoa. I mean, I don't know what I'm doing, but OK, I'll join in.'" Noah has released several Netflix stand-up specials and hosted The Daily Show from 2015 to 2022.

Jenifer Lewis appeared in some Broadway musicals before she started to make her way into movies and TV. She had small appearances in Beaches and Sister Act before working her way up to leading roles and is now known as "The Mother of Black Hollywood" (also the title of her memoir). Lopez and Lewis reportedly sang "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" together at a holiday party in 2023 (via PEOPLE). Lewis cameos in This Is Me…Now as the sign Gemini, with two of her on-screen, due to Gemini's association with twins.
8 Kim Petras As Virgo
Singer best known for Feed the Beast (2023), Problématique (2023), and other musical performances.
Kim Petras is a rising musical star whom Lopez has shown interest in and therefore offered her the role of Virgo. Petras is the first openly transgender artist to win a Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance (for "Unholy" with Sam Smith) and the second transgender woman to win a Grammy in general. When Petras was honored with the Chartbreaker Award at the 2023 Women in Music event, tweeting “Congrats @kimpetras !!! You are the moment" (via X). Petras plays a prim version of Virgo, critiquing some of the Artist's exes and flirting a bit with Leo.

Author, podcast host, and life coach Jay Shetty plays Aries, donning a headpiece that resembles the horns of an Aries ram. Shetty is best known for his award-winning mental health podcast On Purpose. Shetty reportedly officiated Lopez and Ben Affleck's wedding in 2022.
When he spoke to Variety about the wedding, Shetty also discussed his then-upcoming book 8 Rules of Love and argued that The Notebook is an "unhealthy" depiction of love. Reporter Marc Malkin muses that "Producing movies with a more realistic view of love could also be in his future." Shetty's appearance in This Is Me…Now is this coming to fruition, depicting a woman who needs to find happiness alone before marrying again.

Sadhguru is the founder of the Isha Foundation, an organization that runs an ashram and yoga center in Coimbatore, India. Sadhguru is also a noteworthy environmental activist. He is a popular spiritual and wellness advisor among Hollywood celebrities, including Will Smith, SZA, Matthew McConaughey, (via GQ), and apparently Lopez. Sadhguru made an excellent addition to the zodiac council, being among the members characterized as "wiser," such as Sagittarius, Taurus, and Gemini.

Tony Bellissimo is a dancer who has appeared as an ensemble cast member in several Hollywood movies and plays the fictionalized version of Lopez's first ex-husband. He originally played this role in the music video for Lopez's single "Can't Get Enough," which was released as a kind of teaser for This Is Me…Now. This video is Bellissimo's first time collaborating with Lopez. However, given the amount of intricate ballroom dancing in the "Can't Get Enough" sequence, it is unsurprising that known dancers were cast as all the husbands.

Derek Hough was one of the pro dancers appearing on Dancing with the Stars from 2007 to 2016 and won the competition six times. Lopez was a guest performer on the show in seasons 5 and 16, and unsurprisingly thought of Hough to play another husband in "Can't Get Enough." Hough possibly has the most complex ballroom routine with Lopez during the scene. Hough is also a stage actor, Primetime Emmy winner for choreography, and a Dancing with the Stars judge.
3 Trevor Jackson As Husband No. 3
Actor best known for SuperFly (2018) Grown-ish (2018-2024).
Actor and singer Trevor Jackson plays the Artist's third husband. After getting his start with the Syfy series Eureka and Disney Channel shows K.C. Undercover and Austin & Ally, Jackson starred in Grown-ish, the sequel series to Black-ish. He completes the trio of husbands in the sequence that alludes to Lopez's own three divorces. The surprisingly upbeat number is an important point in the movie that illustrates the protagonist's addiction to love, as well as her friends' recognition of this fact as they mock her during the weddings.
2 Paul Raci As Support Group Leader
Actor best known for Sound of Metal (2019) and The Mother (2023).
Paul Raci appeared alongside Lopez in her surprise hit Netflix movie The Mother. Raci plays Jons, who acts as one of Lopez's character's primary allies. Raci is an Oscar-winning actor for his performance in Sound of Metal whom Lopez would unsurprisingly want to cameo in her movie. Raci plays the lead of the Love Addicts support group that the Artist attends at her Therapist's recommendation. This is reminiscent of Raci's past roles as an official or unofficial leader and supportive figure.

Actor best known for Good Will Hunting (1997), Argo (2012), and Gone Girl (2014).
Lopez's husband Ben Affleck appears in This Is Me…Now as the Artist's dream man in the opening sequence, as well as a satirical newscaster. Lopez and Affleck first dated in 2002 and endured a highly publicized break-up in 2004. They got back together in 2021 and were married a year later. Considering This Is Me…Now: A Love Story is a highly personal exploration of Lopez's past marriages, it would be understandable if Affleck did not appear. As it is, Lopez did invite her husband to cameo, rounding out the amazing roster of guest stars.
